Hello all,
Im Angel and this this my 125 gallon 60×18×27 reef. I started it summer of 2013. Its my second tank. I had a 30 gallon long which is now my refugium. This my first time displaying it to the public so I hope you enjoy it. Many of the acros you will see are recently purchased other colonies ive have for up to two and a half years. Like my galaxea colony, a frogspawn with up to 30 heads and my prized roadtoad leather which i adore.
Lights
3 fixtures
2 165w Chinese leds ( one on left and right)
1 taotronics 120w (centered) blue only on 70%.
Filtration
100 micron sock i switch every 4 days
coralife 150 cone in sump skimmer
Running gfo and carbon
9W Uv sterilizer
About 10ish gallons worth of a few diff macro algae
algae.
Dosing
Aqualifter on float switch as auto top off
Jabao dp-4
Bionic two part
And vodka
Hoping to add calcium reactor, dose strontium, and aminos soon.
But its doing fine for now.
Overall i think im doing Ok. Far feom perfect. I would love for everyone to express their ideas of how i can make this really take off. Im getting good growth on many coral but some lack motivation. Any ideas on how i can really get the rest of my reef flourishing would appreciated.
Ill try and name the corals i know as the post builds and ill as for help from there on.
