Send a pic of the eye. 50 per of time it's a fluke or fluke related infection. Sometimes during velvet outbreaks we sell they eyes start to cloud also. Otherwise usually dealing with bacterial infection

Sometimes prazzi shocks the fluke but doesn't eradicate it. But that dip should have esp after prazzi. So if it's still there in am it's probably not that

I would use baths of fresh water and formalin. That eye does not look like bacterial infection.

All worked out right!! Amazinf you alternating fw dip with formalin baths do the trick.
