Angelfish missing pelvic fin???

Hey guys,
I have a lemon peel angelfish. He is very healthy and eats a lot, and I noticed he only has his left pelvic fin on the bottom. He doesn't have the right one at all. From what I can see there is literally nothing there, it hasn't been torn off or damamged. Do you know if he will grow one back or just only have one for the rest of his life?

If the base where it's atached is damaged it may not grow back or it may grow back deformed or it may grow back normally. I've also seen fish keep a fin clamped against their body for hours or days so it looks like it's missing only to have it apparently regrown suddenly.
