Angels and Corals

Hello

I am currently housingonlydamsel fish and want to expand my horisons onto angels. I have a few corals and was wondering if their is any possible way to house angels while keeping my corals safe. My friend has a 75 gal reef tank and when she introduced a coral beauty it withered away many of her corals. Is feeding merely enough or does any one have other past methods that work. Or would anyone even recomend having angels with corals?

It depends on what corals you have. I keep angels with mushrooms and leathers with no problems at all.

Personally I believe it depends more on the individual fish. I have a bicolour, a golden and a flame and they have only ever attacked one coral, a large open brain (other brain types have been fine). I have a mixed reef with softies, LPS, SPS and clams.

Other friends with the same species have not been so lucky.....

i see, well i hope i have luck with a flame angel cause that has always been one of my favorites.
