I love angels.... emperor, queen, majestic, and blue face.... there all amazing. I have a 150 FOWLR which is 6 feet by 18" footprint. Has 120 lbs of live rock and a 55 gallon wet dry. I am sure my tank is capable of housing one of these since all of them have requirements of around 100 gallons. I want to know the difficulty in keeping these fish???? some people say there like the SW cichlids, some say there super sensitive. Tell me the truth on these fish and which one you think is the easiest to keep????

I've always had angels. Wonderful fish in the right system. IME, acclimation is key. Selecting the right specimen to begin with (3-5 inches, plump, eating, healthy), quarantine it to get it eating a variety of foods. Making sure it is the alpha fish goes a long way towards keeping it succesfully. I've kept a blueface and now my current majestic. Of the ones you mention, there is probably not much difference in overall hardiness. Bluefaces used to be more of a gamble but seemingly they are a better bet than years ago, likely due to collection practices. IMO, your tank might be a bit cramped for a full grown queen, and they are quite aggressive.
Not terribly fast growing fish. Really stay on top of your water parameters, particularly nitrate and pH. My majestic is a tough bugger but shy. Bluefaces tend to be retiring as well but this get's less noticeable with age. I personally would not consider one of these fish until your tank is very well established (read 8 mos or better). They are not beginner fish, and while not difficult to keep in the right system, do best in mature tanks.

Chago09 I agree with you. I plan on getting an Emperor once my tank is established. I know one of the challenges with this fish is that they need a wide variety of food for them to stay healthy and beautiful. One thing is they require sponges in their diet. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone in both enjoying large angles but also wondering exactly why people consider them so difficult to maintain.
