I just got a 5 gallon mini reef with a little baby A. Pictus. He's awesome. Should i leave it alone or can i add some small fish?

he can you give me a link to a pic and/or some info on him? i tried LA and i couldnt find him on there. just so i dont get flagged for being off topic, i think you should just leave him as the only fish in there, he might get hungry and turn into an expensive fish

definitely leave it alone. it will outgrow the 5 gallon soon.

like i said he is tiny. he's an inch long i think ill have him in there for a good couple months. ill post pictures on here in a little i just need to find the cable to connect the camera to the computer. palmer: i found him at my lfs .the whole setup was 100!

wow that is tiny and the angler came as part of the setup? geez, well i got a 3g desk top setup worth $50, a RBTA and clarkii pair worth $140 (got rid of the clarkii, having problems, i have a thread in clown and anemone forum about it), LR, LS, and some zoas probably worth $100 all together, for free. so lets see, that is like ~$290 of stuff for free lol, raffles pay off ill try toing more research cuase im interested in an angler tank in the future!

yea it was all inclusive. lol. I got LR, LS, filter, heater, Coralife PC's, the pictus, some mushroom coral, finger leather and of course the tank. Good deal IMO

Well the store i bought it from does wholesale so i don't see why they wouldn't but then again you never know.

ok well i doubt i could get it anyway, my mo thinks i have enough tanks good luck tho! im interested in an angler species tank in the future so im curious how he does, ill try to google his scientific name for some info.

i had one before but he only lived for a couple months because they don't do well with other fish. i waited until i had another tank so i could have him in a species only.
