I have Three huge anthelia that have crashed over night. I am not sure why this has happened the have been flourishing for a year now I also lost a cleaner shrimp last night but he is new to the tank. My water parameters are good but the ph was low at 7.8 but i have it up to 8.0 now. My questions do i have to remove them from the rocks i am hoping they may come back all my other corals look great.

Sometimes they deflate like that and it doesn't mean anything..give it time I bet they will plump up today..on another note..they are very invasive and can spread very rapidly...I am surprised they haven't in a year..good luck.

If you figure out what you did to them, and if it kills them, please post it up I would love a quick way to nuke these guys...

They are crazy invasive ! One single hand of the anhelia that came with a mushroom frag spread to three rocks two feet across my tank . It was just getting to the point when i was going to have to do some pruning but it is a nice coral to fill the voids quick and my clown home. It still looks like crap ph is at about 8.1 now .
