Announcement - We're Expecting!!!!!

Guess our clowns were listening to the talk on Coral Spawning last weekend and tried the propogation thing themselves.

Yesterday our clownfish proudly showed off their new batch of eggs. They strategically placed them on a tile mounted with their favorite frogspawn. It's been a real show watching them fend off hermit crabs.

Oh my god...we're so nervous. What do we do? Do we send announcements, do we have to look for pink and blue corals? Do we need to come up with names for all of them? We want to help them become good parents.....

i would talk to john for any info on raising them - he is hosting the april meeting i think - awesome guy with a crazy setup for babies

Anybody have John's contact info - email, phone, etc? Don't think it takes quite that long for the eggs to "hatch". I guess that's what you call it.

Tonight might be the night.

It looks like the eggs are about to hatch, it might be tonight or maybe tomorrow night. As first-timers, we aren't really sure what to expect. The eyes are definitely visible - silver and black. Very cool! We'll be staying up late tonight to watch.
