Another 2 part question

Hello everyone,
I have been using Randy's two part and it's almost time to make a new batch. I have decided to go back to Bionic two part. Any suggestions on the dosing rate vs Randy's two part? I don't want to over dose.

It would definitely depend which recipe you are following. The B-Ionic is more concentrated than the randy's mix. If you are using carbonate, you should have to dose around half of what you are doing now. If you are using bicarbonate, it would be about a quarter of what you dose now. These aren't exact numbers, just what I pulled from some quick calculations, but should give you a good starting point.

There are bionic products to select from along with Randy's recipe here so hopefully you can easily work out the difference mate, i would test the tank 12 hours into the 24 hour dosing on the first day just to catch any error and then test daily for 4-5 days - i'm paranoid about alk so i understand why you're cautious about changing. Let us know what you end up using so anyone else doing the same will have a good reference :thumbsup:
