another frag swap question

What is everyone doing for the swap? Bagging each item separately or bringing a tank and setting it up?

I'm going to be bagging, and bringing along a developed photo of each coral in my tank. I've tried without photos and people don't really have an interest in something if it doesn't have a photo nor a specific name that they're familiar with.

What about damage? How do you protect them?

I'm bringing corals in individual deli containers, plus pictures of every parent colony.

You can keep the in a styrafoam box if you want to keep them thermally insulated. Other than that, SPS don't get much damage, even in little plastic bags.

I will be bagging and numbering each frag. I will also have pics of all of the parent colonies with me for display. Then basically you tell me the number and I will pull the frag for you. Simple!

I will have multiple sets of pics in case there are a lot of ppl at the table.
