another hitchhiker!

I've had a weird snail,brown cucoons bristle worms and now this weird cactus what is it exactly???

Does it open/close or move around at all? It might be a Bivalve of some sort. Hard to tell though.

it's a bad pic but I can't seem to get a good one uploaded it looks like the scypha sponges I used to have in my old tank but this has very obvious vertical lines on it and is bigger(about half inch)

just noticed it a couple hours ago I'm keeping an eye on it hasn't moved since spotted
