Another I.D. for the masters

Im not sure is this coral is encrusting or not. I have had it for about a year and doesnt seem to have grown much. I have kept it in the sand. Should I move it into the rock work?

It should be a glowing green,i'd move it mid tank.But..keep it far away from anything you treasure.Hydno can kill any coral too close to it with it's webby sweepers.
