Well i found these weird worm like things in over 4 places in my tank. Are they harmful? Pics click to enlarge

The pics are huge. Try reducing them to a few 100 kb. The size offers no additional benefits.

If you wait until the giant pic gets fully loaded, it then decreases size to a suitable view

Looks like a feather duster to me.

I've got a lot of those- you're talking about the tiny white- flower looking thing, right? It's a small tube worm. You'll know that it's a worm if it tucks in if you scare it. Mine have never caused any problem- doubt they are capable.

probably some kind of featherduster worm or possibly some type of hydroid.

Whoever thought feather duster is right. These are small rock-boring sabellids. Harmless filter feeders.
