I did 3 treatments over 3 weeks as well and saw great results from all SPS. I measured slightly more than my total water volume for the treatment, crushed the pill portion (powedered), and then slightly heated some tank water to help better desolve the interceptor.
I treated for 12 hours each time and did a 15-20% water change post treatment. My Orange Monti, ORA red planet, Sunset Milli all had awesome polyp extension and regained much more vibrant coloration (especially the Monti) and none of them are suposedly affected by the redbugs. My Tri-color Acro made a huge comeback with the same things noticed as mentioned above. This was apparent more and more after each treatment, and no major changes in water quality before and after. These bugs are only suppose to affect smooth skinned Acros but i think for some reason they were an annoyance to the tank as a whole. Today all are looking just as good.
I did lose 2 Cleaner shrimp because i just couldn't wrangle them prior to the treatment (not for lack of trying, trust me). I removed all snails and crabs i could. I had 1 Emerald crab, that i had thought to be dead long ago, reappear however he is now albino white (wierd). I also had a few Nas snails survive the 3 weeks as well. All fish were fine.
I had to treat because i was in the process of converting to a larger tank and did not want any pests making the voyage. It all started from a redbug infested Teal Acro i purchased and did not notice the little inhabitants..well now everything gets treated prior to entry. Good luck with your treatment...IMO it is nothing to be scared of and will only benefit you in the long run.
