So, after watching videos on youtube none stop. I decided to make a fishroom. Kinda. Im not rich enough to make this masterful, super well thought out and super organized thing.... but its something.
In my "fish room", I have my 55G sump and refugium, but I sorta cleaned it out and added another 20G tank that is currently bare and full of water
what-to-do-what-to-do... I also have another 20G aquarium thats empty, but it used to house hamsters so Idk if its a good idea to use it as aquarium. Maybe if I clean it real nice?
This is "the fish room". I'm planning on a remodeling a bit perhaps down the road. I definitely need to paint it with water proof paint or some kind of plastic wall paper to prevent the walls from getting damaged. (further damaged). Maybe Ill paint it all blue and draw in some waves and fish to make it more fishie lol I also want to replace that stand where the tank is and get a shelve and have maybe 3-4 tanks going up way down the road.
Anyways, back to the maybe interesting discussion.
Salt water Molly fish.... Did i get your attention?:artist:
Ok so, I was thinking... Maybe I could buy 4-5 yellow larytail Mollies and slowly turn them into saltwater and then put them into my reef... Then I could have the "Anthias" look, without having to spend 30 dollars per fish. lol
I've seen people have this mollies on full reefs and say they are great for algae control, in addition to getting more vibrant in saltwater. Unknowingly I may have set up a "theme" of brackish water as I have 5 Mono Argentus in the tank too... so maybe they will fit right in
Anyone here doing this?
Also, Im trying to decide what to do with that 20G. (and the other 20G if I can succesfully clean it)... It has to be something not too expensive as I would rather spend the big Bucks stocking my 150G with coral lol:fish2:
