Another LFS for sale?

Does anyone have any idea which store is this? It's going for only $130K. My best guest is King?

I don't think is King. His family run King Eggroll restaurants, and own that plaza. He probably doesn't have to pay least.

You got a point. Now that I think about it, their overal store condition doesn't look like it's the case either. Bummer.

I think it is Red Sea Aquarium. Definitely not Bangkok Aquarium. I know Bangkok aquarium was selling for 55K, but not including merchandise.

It's not Red Sea. They closed already. They didn't have 130 tanks either.

A little info about the store:
The store is situated in a Shopping Center Plaza anchored by a major supermarket and other well-known establishments - Wells Fargo Bank, Panda Express, Basking Robbins Ice Cream, Subway, Postal Annex , Game Stop, USA Cellular Phone, cleaners, video shop, pizza, dental clinic, and a 76 gas station.

This is a well-known business with many repeat customers. Customer referrals from area merchants support their standing as the market leader. Closest tropical and saltwater fish retail competitor located about 5 miles away and has limited inventory.



I don't have a clue which store it is .

My guess since there is a Panda Express at 21000 STEVENS CREEK BLVD SUITE #300 and a GameStop at 20735 Stevens Creek Blvd.

There goes 15 minutes of my life.

why not just call the listing agent and ask.

He doesn't tell you unless your sign some kind of paper that you won't tell anyone the name of the store. I guess the store owner doesn't want people to know that he is selling the store.

Is there still a LFS in the Pacific Rim Plaza on Hostetter and Lundy? I think they opened in the mid '90's.
