I've come to the conclusion that the only way I'm going to get the color I want with my ARO E- ballast. I will need supplemental lighting. Being the classical do-it-yourselfer to save money I've been online searching for fluorescent ballasts. A lot of the ballasts I've come across say that there T12HO type ballest. What exactly does that mean in relationship to VHO LIGHTING. will it light VHO lighting at a reduced wattage? or does it mean I can run a standard T12 and overdrive it. I feel so stupid when it comes to figuring this out. I'd appreciate any help you could give.
