Another Live Rock Question.

I'm starting a new tank and will be purchasing my rock from you guys. Would you suggest the Kalini or the Fiji? I have some of your fiji that I purchased 8 months ago or so and am well pleased with it. How does the Kalini look and would it be worth the extra cost? I would like to get as much life as possible, is my answer with the kalini or the Fiji?

Hi Geno,

RIght now if you are looking for larger pieces I would go with the Kaelini. Pretty much all of our Kaelini is cured right now, and it loses quite a bit of color during the curing process. There are however some really nice shapes, and you will always get the color back.

The Fiji is coming in fairly light weight right now, with decent coloration and some decent pieces (for Fiji that is).

The "cream of the crop" is still the Marshall Island though. The shapes that you get with it are just awesome! If I were doing the tank I think this is the direction I would go.
