Another "not opening" GSP question and pic

I've searched this sight and googled it. Just cant find an answer or suggestion. I did blow off some detrius with a baster. Still absolutley no movement. I was given this piece a week ago. It was open at the last tank it was in, I saw pics. My parameters are all very good. There are no hermits or anything bothering it....

I moved him to midtank closer to the flow. My parameters are..

they do best under strong lighting and good water flow. Sometimes if your Alk is too high, star polyps and many other soft corals will stay closed or even get burnt tips similar to burnt tips on any SPS. I've always kept mine under halides or high power compacts and They have always grown like mad covering most of the empty rock work.
 
I've seen them have trouble with salinity. If you havent already you might want to have someone double check your salinity.
