Another Skimmer Thread.

I am looking for a new skimmer to upgrade from my coralife superskimmer. I have been looking at the Reef Octopus Extreme 160, but have recently heard some really good things about the Vertex and MSX lines. After researching the three I have Come down to three choices.
Reef Octopus Extreme 160~ $290
Vertex 180 Internal~ $290
MSX 200~ $300

All three of these skimmers are virtually the same footprint as far as design goes, and they all are very simmilar in capacity and price. My question is, which is the best choice. Who has had experience with one or more of these skimmers? If you had to choose one of these which one would you choose?

Is this for your 75g? I was very happy with the build quality of my MSX250. Solid skimmer.

I have an MSX 200 on my 125. I am very happy with it, It is a serious piece.

yes this is for my 75. I actually impressed with my coralife, having heard all the horrible reviews. I thought it did pretty good for the price I paid. But the pump has started leaking voltage into my tank, and I think its just time for something bigger and better. I have heard alot of people recommending the msx over the octopus and vertex. Why so? They are virtually the same footprint. Is it just personal experience or is there something different about the msx?
