I just mix up a thick amount of the kalk and use a old salifert or tetra syringe. If it needs reach I shove a piece of ro/di tubing on the syringe and then suck the paste into the end of the tubing.
You'll need to play around with the consistency of the water/kalk ratio you want it so thick you can barely suck it in the syringe. If it's not hard to do then it will just turn to water when you try and feed it to them. If you draw it into the syringe too fast you'll suck air into the syringe because it's thick and you know you've got a good mix.
Give them a little blob of it real slow at the mouth and they'll eat it. Trick is to not shake and move it right up to thier mouth. If your hand shakes they may retreat but sit still and it will open back up to eat. Big ones sometimes need a few feedings as the first one will cut them in size my half but they pull out of it and get them again in about a week and you'll probably kill it for good the second time.
I've even done it at the mouth of mushrooms that were where I didn't want them and it works if you can get a good enough thick blob to sit on them.
Turn off all circulation too while doing it and then wait about 15 min b4 restoring power. Right after and maybe during feeding keep a turkey baster handy in case a little floats toward a coral or anything and blow it off if it does. Little pieces float off sometimes and if you just finish the feeding and then blow off the coral/clam/zo/whatever I've never seen a problem on them from it just being there a min or less.
