The LFS called it "Sea Flowers"
Look similar to cloves, but grows similar to xenia.

It's very fluffy and pretty, just don't know what it is.
 
With the branching trunk as opposed to stolon- I would say its a xenia. I must admit i don`t have my reading glasses on to make out the foto well!
 
yes, it is bluish in color

and agree that the heads/flowers look like cloves, it has the body/trunk of xenia or ... kenya tree.

searched all the coral sale sites i could find yesterday... still no luck on identity of this guy

xenia. okay. interesting.

I have pom pom & waving hand xenias. Both are mere skins with polyps on rock. I guess it is just the height of this piece that was throwing me off. I love it. Very glad to have this tall piece.

Now, to research it's formal name & such for the tank journal...
