Another "what is this?" post

A few days after I set up my tank with LR in September I caught sight of a tiny green thing that disappeared into the rocks. I never saw it again and assumed it died. Well, tonight it finally showed up again, only this time it's about 1.25" long, easily 2-3 times as big as last time. I got a better picture this time. What is it?!

I've google image searched green nudibranch, green sea cucumber and green sea slug without sucess. It is a little "spiky", has some black dots and hasn't changed color since I saw it last. So far it doesn't seem to have been a problem, but I'd love to ID so I know if it will. Clearly whatever it eats is present in enough quantity that it's made it this far. :)

Yeah, probably so. :) I think your guess of sea cucumber is probably right, or at least the closest. It's more tube-like, with a blunt rear (I just saw it poop - so I'm 100% on which end is which, lol) and tentacles around the mouth. I would love to know what it's eating and how big it might get.

Oh, forgot to mention - it's somewhat translucent.

If it's a sea cucumber, about the same as CUC. Most eat detritus (sea apples are filter feeders). Though I'd be a bit....careful with it. They can be very poisonous if sucked into an pumps and such or die. I had a sea hare, lovely creature. It died with killed off a serpent star and several snails. Luckily I caught it before the corals or fish went downhill. Not a bad thing mind you, just an advisory.

If it is a cucumber, this may help a bit:
