I cant tell what this is, doesnt look like ICH to me. Brand new tank, only been up for 3 months, just added fish one by one.

Not sure what is wrong with the naso, she just loooks super ****ed.

Did you quarantine any livestock prior to adding to the main? When was the last fish you added?
On a side note you have added too many fish too fast for a tank that is only 3 months old. How big is the tank?

Its a 150 Gal. Everything but my wrasse and inverts have died this morning. Pulled them from the tank. I dont have a QT tank, but at my LFS he put them in a separate tank for 2 weeks before i brought them home.

I guess i should set something up.

Diagnosis is inconclusive from the pictures. However, given the rapid onset of death, I would guess you are dealing with either Amyloodinium (velvet) or Brooklynella. Recommend investing in a QT and reviewing quarantine procedures in the stickies at the top of this forum.

Agree with Newsmyrna80 that you stocked too quickly.

Just as an FYI. A separate tank at the LFS has no value as a quarantine protocol. If water is shared among all tanks as most LFS do, more time at the LFS has negative rather than positive value. Also, if the LFS runs copper, it will mask most parasites.

The time line is consistent with velvet, but the pictures are inconclusive.
