My 50g mixed reef is going on six years. Spawning ocellaris clown pair and sixline in their sixth year. Two clown gobies (one yellow, one green) in their fourth year. Recently had a chromis stop eating for no discernible reason and has now vanished.
So currently 5 small fish (largest is 2.5") in my 50g, looking for an addition. FYI female clown (and occasionally the sixline) goes after the green clown goby, everyone else gets along.
Questions: if I add a chromis now, will it get tooled upon b/c its new? Should I add more than one? Will a yellowtail damsel be ok b/c it's last in? Any other suggestions for a colorful, active open-water fish that will get along and do well in this set-up? I feed 2x/day, so not sure anthias will do well.
