Anthia Question

I heard somewhere, true or not that anthias are hard to keep. Can anyone
tell me if this is true? If not, I have a 75 gallon with a pair of clowns, a banji and a fire fish and would like to add one and your advice/recommendations would be appreciated.

Some are very difficult, others are relatively easy. One of the peaceful ones such as resplendent or carberryi would work assuming you can feed twice per day.
