Swimming in the School
Who here likes anthias? I currently have a pair of dispars, an evansi, and a male pink square in my 340, and still plan on adding a couple more dispar, some lyretails, a couple more evansi, a red belted, and a stocky to the tank.
Here's a pic of my male pink square

I do! I have 6 African/Indian ocean lyretails, one being a terminal male. Gonna add some more as soon as they move into my 240. Thinking of adding some bicolors too

Sorry. This isnt the right place to post this but what would be the most "beginner" (aka easiest to take care of) anthias?

+1 for anthias! I Recently lost 2 of my 3 Bartletts that I've had for about 2.5 years. Really bummed me out. Although, to help fill the void I did add a small fathead.

Most are easy to moderate care level. (Ignitus, Dispar, Bartlett, Lyretail, etc.) Steer clear of the Purple queens.

Five lyretail Anthias here. I love watching them interact. First fish out in the morning, last fish out at night. Always follow me from one end of the tank to the other. Never aggressive towards other fish. Never hiding except at night.

Currently have four Resplendents (7 more in QT) but have previous kept Bartletts, Bicolors, Bimacs, Olives, and Specks. So I guess I'm not hater.
