Anthias Bacteria Infection

I added 4 new lyretail anthias to my system on Feb 18. I initially added them to my frag tank to monitor their eating and watch for signs of problems. All were eating well after a few days so I added them to my display. Then last week one started to develop a bacterial infection. Within a few days it was gone and two others started showing signs. I lost another one this morning. Now, one looks fine but the other is quickly getting worse. None of my other fish are showing any signs of issues, even my tang. Original inhabitants include scopas tang, melenarus wrasse, male lyretail anthias and a tail spot blenny.

I have and will continue to attempt to catch the other two anthias and treat with antibiotics but they seem to stay pretty quick until the end. Here are my questions.

1. Do you think that I have always had some sort of bad bacteria in my system or did it come with the new anthias?

2. Is this something I need to worry about infecting me? I had a really bad experience several years ago and now Iโ€™m a little concerned.
