Anthias Eye Infection

I have a large male BiMac Anthias who has developed an eye infection. Essentially, his right eye is very enlarged and all whitewith a filmish color. His other eye is fine and no other fish are sick.

The hard part is he is in my 90 gallon reef which is heavily rocked. I have tried for 6 days to extract him but no avail. The tank is mostly Acans and I have over 5o pieces in the tank.

What should I do.....Its impossible to extract him. Is there anything I could use to treat him without killing my coral. Taking the tank down is not an option to get him out. Otherwise, I suspect he will go blind in that eye which would be such a shame.......

Try a reverse 2 liter bottle fish trap.

Treat with prazipro. If that doesn't work, use antibotics or let the issue run its course.
