Anthias group or wrasse pair for 75 reef?

I have a 75 gallon sps reef and am trying to decide on what to add last. I currently have a maroon clown, orange spot goby, bellus angel, and leopard wrasse. I would like to keep from putting too much strain on my bioload. I want to get a group of 3-4 anthias or a pair of fairy/flasher wrasses. For anthias I like Pseudanthias parvirostris and Pseudanthias bartlettorum. If I get the wrasse pair I like McCoskers and exquisite but am worried about them competing with my established leopard for food.

What do you think? Thanks!

I have 4 flashers and a yellow coris in with my ornate leopard and the leopard still has plenty of food. This is all in a 75. I think you would be fine with some fairy or flasher wrasses. Not sure about the anthias.

how aggressivley is your leopard eating? if its eating pretty aggressively at feeding times i would say ok with the wrasses. your tank would more than likely be too small though to support a group of anthias.

flame wrasses would be great but remember to cover that tank ,they like to jump .i would personally put in two black leopard wrasses but i am partial to wrasses .any tamrin wrasse such as a blue spot would also be great and if you can find a potters that would be a great addition too! no matter what people suggest always remember that its your tank and if you are going to limit it to this next addition please take your time and make a good decision .good luck too

Thanks for the suggestions everyone...a pair of flame wrasses would be sweet. I almost bought a pair of them off liveaquaria divers den about a month ago. I don't think I want any other type of leopard wrasse.

Does anyone have experience with the type of anthias I mentioned aboved in a smaller tank like mine?

i work at a lfs and we always suggest that they ,as a trio need a much larger tank to do well in .i can admit that we have a trio in a 34 cube and they are doing well but that's not the norm .

Thanks for the reply iamwrasseman. Would a pair of anthias work out, or is there still not enough room?

Thank you. I do have pretty open rock work but I don't want to get three anthias and just watch them not be happy and die. I will probably look around for a cool wrasse pair.

yes take some time and plan this out and be sure and ask a bunch of questions as well as checking out many different fish and see what you like .
