antibiotics in food?

my fuzzy dwarf has been fighting cluody eyes for a bit now, and she is qt'd with doxycycline treatment for about 5 days now. she gets better, then worse, then back again. is there a better antibiotic for this, or is there a way to infuse her food with doxy or another antibiotic to aid her in healing?

Cloudy eyes can be a type of fluke. I'd try a de-wormer, like PraziPro.
