Antinics!!!!!

I was just wondering if i should keep my antinics on all day with my m.h bulbs?
I turn my antinics on 1hr before my m.h and keep them on all day with my my m.h , then turn the m.h off in 8hrs then keep the antinics on for another 2hrs so a total of 8hrs with m.h & 10hrs with my antinics is this ok let me know thanks guys & gals.. My lighting fixture is in my signature...

Most of reefers leave actinics on to simulate sunrise/sunset.

so just keep on like 1hr before i put the m.h on & 2 hrs after the m.h are of not all day with the m.h bulbs

I like to keep my dusk/dawn lights on all day. They are part of the lighting scheme in the end.

Whether you use aCtinics or another form of dusk/dawn, I would treat them all the same.
