Any DIY rock makers?

I was going to try to make some DIY rock this weekend and thought that, while I'm at it, I'd ask around to see if any of you have done it. I've read a number of the threads, and it seems simple enough, but having someone there that has done it before would be a great help.

Yep, played around a little, 3 or 4 small batches just tinkering to perfect the process to my satisfaction. First batch failed, crumbled after curing because of too much salt in the mix
