Any hope for this guy?

Ive had this Hippo for 4 years. Im not sure if stray voltage or Nitrates caused this pitting and fin rot. I added a grounding probe and a refugium to my tank to take care of both problems.

What do you think?

Looks like head and lateral line erosion. Soak frozen food and pellets in garlic, zoecon and selcon. And feed Nori.
