It isn't possible to repair it, how old is it and what model pump?

it's a 6101.10, it's about 3 years old and I see water is still coming out of it.

what would be the consequences of using it in this condition?

Typically water will wick back into the driver or into the motor over time and cause a short and failure of the pump and or driver. I will send a PM.
