Any Idea What Kind of Snail This Is?

This is a picture of a little snail I noticed today (center of picture) - upon further inspection, I have well over a dozen of the little guys. They are very small - all less than 1 cm. Some have white shells and others have white with strips of brown. Any idea what kind of snail they are? I have not added anything new to the tank for a few months - funny I did not notice them before.

I know it's tough to see - sorry - best I could do. I do not have a lens that would allow me to get a good close up. I thought if I asked the question without including a picture, the first response would be "can you post a picture?".

I have a ton of those myself. I figured they were some sort of turbo (same shape right?). I've never noticed any of them getting bigger than the size of a pencil eraser.

I've got a good dozen of them in my tank as well.. small lil guys.. dont seem to harm anything in my tank....

I didn't think they were harmful - I was just curious what they were. It sounds like they are fairly common. It's amazing how new things seem to pop up in your tank every once in a while.
