This came on a small piece of live rock. It has grown from about 1/4 inch tall with no noticeable polyps to what you see here (about 3/4 inch tall minimum) in approx. 6 weeks. The first picture was taken w/the mystery coral in my tank, color is not accurate, but it give size perspective. The second picture was taken outside the tank in a small bowl, color is very accurate, and it it fully closed. The third picture, also taken in a bowl, shows it starting to open up. It is fully closed when the lights are out, and open when lights are on. The tentacles are so small, you have to look close to even see them. Any suggestions on what this may be would be greatly appreciated!
