any ideas how to get rid of micro bubbles

I have a lot of micro bubbles comming from the sump. Any suggestions?? its not the protein skimmer since i already turn it off , my return pump its a aquati lifee 870 gph and my drain is 1''

Also, assuming the skimmer is off in the pictures, you've got way too much water flowing through the pump and therefore coming down the overflow. Slow it down, and ensure that the outlet of the pipe from the overflow is deep into the first chamber of the sump.
