in the pic below above the middle stalk of xenias there is a tube thing this thing is putting some kind of web out the top of it anyone know what the tube thing is or could be "TUBE THING" dosn't search well on google LOL.

The web sounds like a vermetid snail. I have a couple that have gotten to a decent size. Almost 1/4" diameter tube with webs ~8" long. They use these to capture particles in the water column, then pull it all in to consume. They are harmless, although the webs can iritate other corals.
Take a close look and see if it resembles this. The color may be different (mine is pure white).
