Looks like tiny worms. The fish is swollen around the two areas. I kept him in salinity of 1.006 for three weeks. It's not ick. I've treated with prizipro also and it's not any better.the fish was swimming around fine until today, now he is laying in the bottom breathing hard.
Any ideas what this is
