Fins and skins in pinellas park, 49th and 84th (8451). As far as I know, they're the only ones? I could be wrong. They swear by it, however. The frozen foods are free of gel binders and preservatives, and are gut loaded, just like the live foods and the coral foods.
Don't know about other stores since its not the food I buy, but coral corral had it on a Sunday when I needed food on a Sunday. Creative Aquariums is also open today if you need food today.
I have used the medicated de-wormer on several occasions and it worked great. I know the shop Fins and Skins has it in frozen and refrigerated pretty much all the time. Not sure how far from Pinellas you are.
I'm not sure what your fish disease it has, but if you search for 'medicated' on the local forum, it's been brought up every few months. FAOIS sells something that everybody swears by. I could've swore that it was a frozen food, but one of the last threads show it maybe a dried food called Metro. I've never had a need for it but whatever FAOIS sells is highly recommended. I believe it can help 'loss of appetite too' from past threads.
