if you're not from here, understand that 40th isn't right next to the airport. It's probably among the closest, but the airport starts at NW 36th street at it's northern edge. Exotic is on SW 40th street (bird road). You're going to have to go south for about 5 or 6 miles to get to Bird. It doesn't sound like much, but depending on when you have to be at the airport, just know you're in one of the MOST conjested areas, traffic-wise. Getting to the airport in the afternoon is a torture method used on suspected terrorists. Keep that in mind if you're scheduling your day.

They just opened a new store on 57ave and Flagler street, it inside a gas station. I know it sounds wierd, but it is, and it's half decent for what it is, but they're still opening so they don't have too much stuff in stock. It's not that far from the airport, but I wouldn't leave cause traffic is always horrible.
