Any local Purple People Eaters?

I am looking for a nice colorful frag of a Purple People Eater zoanthid. I would like to find it local at a shop or if someone has maybe 5 polyps or more.

FYI, PPE's are palys, not zoa's. I got one from a friend and the cheapest I have ever seen them is $35/polyp.

Not any decent ones that show the detail.

-Whaledriver, I mentioned the Paly thing because I do have some zoa's that have purple centers and green skirts and there is another Paly out there called a Joker Palythoa, same as a PPE but the PPE has a green mouth and the Jokers are all purple. Don't want you to get burned or be shocked by the price if you find the real thing. Look for the Green Mouth, Purple Centers & Green Skirt to tell if it's legit.

I have a number of people I am planning on giving a polyp to once mine grows out, it won't be for a while (due to growth and the half dozen people I have already promised). If you are still looking for some in the spring let me know and I'll hook you up.

When I posted the offer to whale I didn't expect to have so many people ask about them. I have 20 and would be willing to split that in half. I haven't heard from whale yet, but since I offered to him 1st it is only far he gets 1st crack, then glbtrottr, and last would be whirly. $30 for 3. Here is a crapy pic. They look 1000 times better now with better placement in the 220. Green is much stronger, and the skirt is more lash like, and the mouth is more pronounced. I'll try and get a better pic, and frag them up on Tuesday.

Thanks for the info on ID'ing these as palys. Purple Zoes are cool also so if I can hook up with RobTop that would be nice.

I am still looking for some true purple people eaters.
Maybe we could get a group buy together to buy a huge frag and crack it up into 10 polyp frags????
