any one know anything about this?

I got this anemone from my lfs store for free. Knowing the owner told me you could die from the sting. I took it any way, and was just wondering if anyone has had or know anything about it thanks.

Always do your research before you buy. It's Actenodendron, the Hell's Fire anemone. It's named that for a reason. It won't kill most people, but you won't want to get stung by it again. It will kill most things that bump into it though. It's not a good addition to a reef tank.

Just doing some quick digging on-line, I sure wouldn't want it in my tank...nor would I be reaching in the tank to grab it back out. I'd take it back to the LFS and say "Thanks, but no thanks"
