I have a 250 W 10000K DE Metal Halide lamp and an Odyssea PC lamp that is 192 Watts total with one actinic and one 50/50 bulb over my 70 gallon predominantly zoanthid tank but also containing two bubble anemones, mushrooms, ricordias, blastomussa, and acanthastrea. Any recs on when and for how long to have the PC and the MH on? Thanks.
