Any Reefers Please Help With Getting Green Slimer To Stick To Epoxy/super Glue.......

i tried to bond with marineland epoxy and it slimed to much to hold it on it falls over the bond also have tried super glue and it sticks but not really good, please help to get this slimer intact thanx my fellow reef peeps...

Using both works well for me (I also had the same issues). Put some super glue gel against the frag, and a little piece of epoxy bonded to that gel. Then put gel at the bottom of the epoxy, and stick to rock. So: frag --> super glue gel --> Epoxy --> super glue gel --> rock

I second that. And I did it a week ago with a Green Slimer Frag.

I love IC Gel. It works great. Just mounted a green slimer frag not too long ago. No problem at all.

Yep. I actually put a fairly liberal amount of IC gel on out of the water and set it to the display rock in the water (pumps off) hold for a few minutes and viola. If you are quick and know where you want it to go it works fine. Believe me I have some major flow going in my tank and never have a problem with the frag blowing of or getting knocked over. It will encrust over soon enough.

I do this with many of my frags and did it as well with my slimer.
