any reefsafe triggers?

i have a 75gal (5foot long) i know eventually they will get to large but would be nice to get a baby one... so are there any reef safe or close to reef safe ones?

I have a Niger in my reef over a year and so far well behaved. Only slightly aggressive during feeding time

Of the triggers mentioned, which one stays the smallest?

none stay small that i know of lol. mines about 5" and growing
get smallest size you can...their not hard to find

Those are all traditionally "reef safe," but the blue jaw and crosshatch are the only ones I would personally trust. We've placed several bluejaws in reef tanks and all are doing great. We have mixed results with the others. Never trusted any pink tails we've met.
Mixed results with nigers, blacks are about the same, I know several big mean ones though that I wouldn't dare put in a tank with anything under 6". Never met a crosshatch but I have seen enough evidence to trust them pretty far.
Sargassum is another traditional reef safe one, but good luck finding one and I have no experience with them.

Xanthichthys triggers are reef safe, as mentioned.

I've also read many reports of Niger triggers behaving themselves in the reef. They're all going to be relatively large (12" or so) at full size.

ahhh more i think of it even though my tank is 5foot long having my current stock, my 75 might be to small

The only guaranteed safe triggers are Xanthichthys triggers. All will get too big for a 75.
