any one tried to use it ?

is it accurate ?

The new Milwaukee Instruments MW-12 phosphate mini colorimeter is looking to get in on the action started by the Hanna Checker line of handheld, budget colorimeters. The small-sized Milwaukee MW-12 low-range PO4 photometer sports the similar size and function of the Hanna Checkers using quartz cuvets and a powder reagent to give you a quick digital reading on the PO4 levels in your tank. The Milwaukee MW-12 measures PO4 from 0.00 to 2.50 ppm with a resolution of 0.01 ppm and an accuracy of ±0.04 ppm.

I have it and use it. As far as accuracy, I have nothing to compare it to. I was using a Red Sea Pro kit previously and find the MW-12 a lot more convenient (and hopefully more accurate).

I have used it 3 times so far. First reading, on 2013-04-23 was 0.03, next on 2013-04-29 was 0.02 and last one on 2013-05-11 was 0.00.

Happy with it so far.
