I recently got the tidal 110 model to use it in one of my smaller tanks as a media reactor. It has a really large media basket that you can fill with any combination of bags of your favorite media (I think it can easily take 6-7 bags of whatever you want to add). Finally some designed a HOB filter that can be used without pre-made cartilages.
It has bottom to up flow in the media basket so water pass through all the bags. In addition to all these it has a surface skimmer which is nice to have
