Any thought on this tripod, please?

Thanks! I don't have a terrible amount of money to spend, but was wondering if anyone had thoughts on this tripod. I like the ball head feature a lot, as well as the quick release plate feature. The three way panning heads just don't cut it.
I have a Canon 40D, and my largest lenses are the Canon 17-40L, and the 100mm macro.

A little short for my taste. Fully extended it's only about 4.5 feet and you really never want to use it fully extended unless absolutely necessary. Center column down its only a shade over 4 feet. If you're short, then it might work just fine. Otherwise, you might end up with a sore back the next day.

Thanks Sand! Other than the height issue, are there any concerns with build quality and stability/sturdiness?

Well, it does have 4 leg sections as well which will also lead to less stability. If you're looking for a compact tripod, then this is respectable, however, at this price point there are some compromises to be made. What is your budget? Also, figure out what your priority is...stability? weight? compactness? height? etc.
